We are proud to announce that our project Recycling Smart has been honored with the Sustainability Award as part of the Ciena Solutions Challenge.
Our project, which uses AI-powered camera systems to ensure waste is directed to the correct bins, aims to raise environmental awareness while offering technology-driven solutions for a sustainable future. Among hundreds of impactful global projects, Recycling Smart was selected for its innovation and real-world impact.
This achievement is a testament to the creativity, dedication, and environmental commitment of my students—and we are truly honored to see their efforts recognized on an international level.

Öğrencilerimle birlikte geliştirdiğimiz Recycling Smart projesi ile, Ciena Solutions Challenge kapsamında verilen Sustainability Award (Sürdürülebilirlik Ödülü)nü kazanmanın gururunu yaşıyoruz.
Atıkların doğru kutulara yönlendirilmesini yapay zekâ destekli kamera sistemleriyle sağlayan bu projemizle, hem çevresel farkındalık oluşturmayı hem de teknolojiyle sürdürülebilir çözümler üretmeyi hedefledik. Projemiz, küresel ölçekte etkisi olan yüzlerce proje arasından seçilerek ödüle layık görüldü.
Bu başarı, öğrencilerimin yaratıcı fikirlerini hayata geçirme kararlılıklarını ve sürdürülebilir bir dünya için gösterdikleri çabanın uluslararası alanda da takdir edildiğinin bir göstergesi. Bu süreçte emeği geçen tüm öğrencilerimi ve destek veren herkesi yürekten kutluyorum.
